- All minors must have parent or guardian supervision they are your responsibility. IF YOU ARE BRINGING SOMEONE ELSE'S MINORS WITH YOU their parents or legal guardians must print from my web site the (PARENTAL consent, release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity AGREEMENT) and sign for you to bring with you. DO NOT BRING THEM WITH OUT IT.
- All ATV rider must wear a helmet and Minors wear a chest protector.
- ALL PETS MUST REMAIN ON LEASH
- RIDE CAUTIOUSLY & OBEY ALL SIGNS
- ALL RECREATION AT YOUR OWN RISK
- WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE ENTERING PROPERTY.
- ALL DAY RIDERS MUST LEAVE AT DARK.
- No doubles on drag strip or difficult hills.
- No minors on difficult hills.
- NO RIDING AT NIGHT TIME, THIS INCLUDES TRAILS, DUNES, HILLS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE GOING TO THE SHOWERS AND VISITING CAMP TO CAMP.
- All winches must have a tree saver strap.
- ORV’s MUST HAVE A TOP OR ROLL BAR WITH SEAT BELTS FOR EVERY RIDER AND MINORS MUST HAVE A HELMET.
- A TRASH DEPOSIT OR INSPECTION OF YOUR PARKING AREA MAY BE REQUIRED BEFORE LEAVING.
